On the 25-th of June the monument to Vladimir Vysotsky was unveiled in the Museum Complex “The Yard of the Cyrillic” dedicated to the 80-th anniversary of the great poet. This is the second monument of Gregory Pototsky in the city of Pliska. The first one was dedicated to F. Dostoevsky. The opening was attended by the Russian Consul, mayors and governors of nearby cities. In honor of the opening, a big gala concert was given, the groups “Cyrillic”, “Fantasia” and “Premiere” from Moscow, Podolsk and Narofominsk performed.
