On September 6, 2020, a sculptural composition “The Cactus of Russian Literature” was unveiled by the Central City Business Library. Russian literature is a very intense and profound thing. I was looking for artistic means to unite portraits of all writers in one. Then I thought about a tree of Russian literature that looked like a cactus. It is a cactus both literally and figuratively. The cactus bloom is very tender and beautiful and it can be compared with the poetic form of Russian literature.
