The monument “Dandelion” was opened on October 20, 2007 in Tallinn, as a symbol of kindness, a reflection of fragility and the need to preserve friendship. It is a symbol of Kindness, Love, Friendship, Unity. The idea of the monument is that each dandelion stamen is a palm, opened in a greeting, with an eye painted on it, as a symbol of an open heart.

And the dandelion leaves are like lips, on one of which a stamen has landed in the shape of a palm with an eye. If we are kind to each other, this will strengthen mutual understanding between our countries, because Kindness is the basic concept of the harmony of human relationships.
