On June 20, 2021, a sculptural composition “Paradzhanov” was unveiled in Yerevan in the courtyard of the museum of Sergey Paradzhanov. Some works of art are acknowledged straight away and the artist can be proud of them. These works become the key parts of the artist’s biography. This composition was a part of many exhibitions – from the Russian Museum in St Petersburg to Manezh in Moscow. Many people wanted it to be installed somewhere. Places suggested for installation included a spot near the Armenian Cathedral in Moscow, in Kiev, in Tbilisi…Only Armen Dabrinyan, a poet and politician, managed to arrange the installation at the museum of Sergey Paradzhanov.
